Can ADHD medication intensify OCD?

Hi all, I know the question comes up from time to time but I want to ask people who have OCD as well as ADHD - how was your experience on ADHD medication?

Before starting titration, I saw several comments of people with OCD having a good experience on lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse/Elvanse), so I went with it. Now I'm not sure it's going to work for me. I'm still on titration but currently I have a higher dose and still don't see any effects, so I'm wondering if I'll have to try some other medication.

My main concern is I'm extremely wary of triggering my OCD - it only became manageable a couple years ago.

What was your experience with this? Did any ADHD meds make OCD better/worse/had no effect?
