What if germany never surrendered?

I already created a scenario like this the lore is the same i changex the map to make it more

in 1918 after 4 years of grueling stalemate germany was showing signs of collapse, willhelm II knew he had to do something to break the stalemate and break through Paris, After a desperate offensive called “The May Offensive” lead by August von Mackenson threw everything that the germans had, this offensive had to succeed because the german army was frankly in a dire state, August von Mackenson lead a charge through the trenches throwing every resource the germans could muster at the enemy, though it was initially successful the Germans couldnt reach Paris, as their army was exhausted, they ran out of supplies and in july the french started their counter-offensive, which devastated the exhausted german army, the germans couldnt hold their line anymore and they were pushed all the way back to Alsace-Lorraine, after this devastating loss many troops started to prostest and mass desertion had started, though the germans kept fighting, every month there would be less and less soldiers on the frontline and finally in 1920 the germans finally surrendered after they were pushed into the Rhineland losing their industrial Heartland.
