Fired for some BS...

Anybody got any insight on this? I got fired yesterday because I was in an accident that was completely not my fault. Someone in a pickup truck fishtailed as they were getting on the expressway and spun around twice and I couldn't stop in time before we collided. My bosses acted like everything was cool. At first I was told to continue with my day, but it turns out the radiator was leaking so that was no longer possible. They had another truck come get the packages and I rode back to the station with boss. I was supposed to fill out an incident report but my boss said he had enough info from me that they would fill it out. I would assume that it would need my signature on it but maybe not. Then when when I got home they called and fired me.
