Are we normalising sexual comments on posts?

Hi. I see that in most of the social media platforms men share pics of actresses and define how hot and sexy each of their body parts are. Whenever a discussion happens about an actress the first thing they talk about is about her body. Yesterday I came across a post in which an actor kinda had an erection all of a sudden during an event and the women in the comments started commenting on how big it is and wish they could enjoy it. I have never felt posting such comments are okay. But I see it being very common these days. Telling someone is looking hot or sexy is still okay but getting into the details is something I still find kinda weird and unpleasant

Edit : Should we start reporting those accounts immediately when we see such comments?
