What do we think Sam is crying about in her new Tik Tok?

It could be about a guy but she only dated Bali man for like 2 weeks so maybe some unresolved feelings for Caleb?? She was saying on her podcast that she has gotten back into contact with someone she shouldn’t be seeing so I wonder if she still has feelings for him.
