Disappointed, but definitely not surprised

Several weeks ago, our regional manager visited our store. What a pleasant surprise, right? He was a pretty friendly and likable guy. He gave us a sparkling review, because, well, as far as cvs’s go, we’re a pretty kick-ass pharmacy.

As he was leaving, he noticed we didn’t have any rubber mats to stand on. He told us he would order some so our backs didn’t hurt.

Well, guess who’s back still hurts and is still standing on the thinly carpeted concrete floor.
