Is this justified dor Alto800

Engine Oil they quoted as 3.3k. But when I checked in amazon its no more than 2k. For this they responded that this oil is fully synthetic and 5W40 oil. Break pad replacement they said 2k. I dont understand Brake caliper greesing too. Service charge is whooping 2100. I'm visitong service center for the first time.
