Pathetic condition of vehicle during delivery. Skoda siliguri

Pathetic service and harassment by Global Skoda Siliguri, India

Hello

On 12 Mar 2025 , I was told that my vehicle kushaq style 1.5 DSG was ready for delivery. After I reached the showroom, Global Skoda siliguri was totally shocked to look at the condition of the vehicle. The body was full of scratches and chrome part had deep scratcher and rust

There were many issues since day one with dealership, but I was still ok considering the vehicle is good.

Please help me what to do? I have not accepted the delivery
