For Immediate Release; Proactive Defense
Note: the opps got banned during our skybridge (wonder why) so this post is irrelevant but im posting it anyway
Groundwork:
Following the obby-bombing and looting of Pacem's capital city, multiple raids of Winterbourne, and other acts of nonsensical violence by the Wet Bandit crew, a multinational coalition of ASN and Estalian forces successfully disabled various bunkers owned by ZibeKabir and co; freeing all pearls and ending the conflict on the 23rd of July.
As some may be aware, during this conflict a newer member of the ASN Not90 insided the coalition, (maintaining the long standing Icenian tradition of at least one insider per conflict) along with an irl friend Mantaay, which resulted in Mantaay being pearled.
Today:
While the unpearled raiders have remained quiet in the intervening weeks, (Unlike zibe who enjoys bombing nether infra) It has become clear that they aren't without plans. A recent "newfriend" XavingWing turned up wielding Chilfroy's sword, taken by the Wet Bandits in a fight on July 5th, long before Xaving joined the server. Xavingwing was later confirmed to be another irl friend of Not90, prompting a closer look into his activities.
It was discovered that Xavingwing is one of the main leaders of a +,- nation Hateno Village, and has apparently been one of the contributors to a budding 5 ring vault in the area.
A "newfriend" who is proven to be in contact and collaboration with a preexisting and violent raider crew, a newfriend who less than a week into the server begins constructing a 5ring vault, is not a newfriend I trust.
As a result of this information, an ASN coalition force planned and executed a successful operation this evening to fully disable the vault before it could be completed.
In the following days we will continue to hunt for known bandit collaborators, and would be happy to receive any information concerning their whereabouts and activities.
