Mirage has kind of boring kit, (not ineffective but boring)

If you think about it, he only have 2 abilities which he will use in team fights: Tornado and scarabs. I know you can active the third ability, but it feels more like a passive ability. His gun is super unfun to use. It sounds like ass.

He feels super stiff to play as. I wonder if anyone really enjoys playing as him. I want to hear your oppinion about him. Especially if there are any mirage mains out there, can you explain the appeal of the character for me?
