Recovering people pleaser struggling in my relationship
Hi friends, new to the group but looking for help. I've been in a relationship for 2 years now and still struggle with losing myself a lot. I'm working hard to break family patterns and to be a good partner, but I feel myself constantly coming back to a "we should break up" mindset. My partner is a great person and tries really hard to be better too, I think I take this for granted a lot. Have any of you struggled with this? I'm working through it in therapy but would love to hear what has helped
