Guilty going on vacation

Idk if this belongs in this sub but I’ll try. Going on vacation and feel guilty. It happens Every time that I have taken some time off I get this. It makes it harder to enjoy. I’m still forcing myself to go but it would be so easy for me to make an excuse and call it off.

Anyone else deal with this and what are some ways that helped you get past this.
