Question to buyers regarding shipping fees

Hello, I’ve recently started selling on depop am experimenting with using my own shipping instead of depops. I was wondering if buyers don’t mind paying a shipping fee or would prefer free shipping?

I’ve noticed with free shipping, it’s eating alot into my earnings
