What's your least common commander, and do you feel that it's properly hipster/not common? What do you feel determines that level?

How far down the edhrec top commanders list do you feel you have to go to reach something truly hipster or uncommon? On a site that averages out well over a million decks, is 10,000 decks an uncommon commander? Obviously I'm not referring to card rarity here, I mean how often one might see this commander being played at an LGS or convention. Is 5000 uncommon? 500? What do you guys think?

Some stats, for reference; there are currently 5363 possible commander combinations on edhrec. This includes every single possible permutation of partners (or just creatures that have partner but they're by themselves), partners with, doctor's companions, friends forever, backgrounds, acorn commanders that technically aren't even legal, "this card can be your commander"'s, and so on, but does NOT include playtest cards (sorry, fellow banding enthusiasts; Chatzuk, Mighty Guitarist doesn't get to be on edhrec apparently).

Commanders #5364-5373 are the banned ones; Nadu, Golos, Lutri, Leovold, Emrakul, Griselbrand, Rofellos, Braids, Iona, and Erayo, in that order.

Rank #1 of course is Atraxa, with over 35,000 decks. Even something as hugely popular as Winota is rank 99, with 9961 decks to her name.

Rank #1527 is where you reach 500 decks to its name (Jaheira/Agent of the Iron Throne).

Once you get past rank #5039, there's only 1 deck per commander or commander pairing.
