Please help me out I beg you

I have a choice either to join a university in Japan to study international relations or I want to join fast to study data science the university in Japan is offering me a scholarship and it will cost around 7 lac a year there what about fast? How expensive is it there? Also is studying data science a good choice? I am Soo confused and worried. Although the university in Japan seems tempting their contract makes it so that I won't be able to visit my family in 8 years I love my family and alot can happen in 8 years I really don't wanna leave no no no But if I don't is fast a good option is the environment there good? Are the students nice? Will I get a good paying job after I am done. Please help me anyone it's 2 am and I can't fall asleep with all these questions in my mind. Just got back from Japan after completing a scholarship I had more international friends with me including a person from Denmark that I got really close with and another Pakistani they are all going back. I am the only one who is miserable not being able to make a decision here. Thank you for reading and yes the situation I am stuck in seems really cringy and awkward so sorry for that but I would appreciate some help . (Though if anyone wants this deal I can put in a recommendation letter for you and guide you).
