Pf is driving me creazy

NEED SERIOUS HELP!!!!! 🙏😭😭 I’ve just started Programming Fundamentals (PF) in my second semester, and I’m barely able to do anything. I really struggle with loops, and the entire course has started with arrays, which makes things even harder for me. I feel completely lost and am worried about losing marks.

Where should I start? How should I study? Any guidelines or advice would be a lifesaver!
