HELP ME CHANGE CAMPUS

Got here in Karachi back in Aug 2024 for the very first time. I grew up in a less crowded and more peaceful environment. F****d CGPA, focus, studies. Can't survive here. How can I transfer to Islamabad? I don't wanna appear in the test again. Helppp 😭😭😭
