Getting Sacked in Manager Mode even though I achieve the Goals

I've started a Career Mode with a 3rd tier german team and disabled all goals except for the continental and domestic goals. The only Goal my team has is to win the 3rd tier and promote to the second division. I have almost played the first season, missing like 1 or 2 games and I'm in first place. Yet for some reason the board has no trust in me and kicks me before I can play the last few games. In the e-mails they send me where they say they are going to kick me the give me no reason. The boards trust in me only started going down when i had like 10 matches to go.

Has anyone had this problem before? Or knows a solution?
