New threat silver Chocobo battles missable?

I’m trying to get to Corel prison to do a part of the silver Chocobo side quest to use a mute on the death mask. But how do I even get back to Corel prison? I don’t see how it’s missable considering you don’t know about this by the time you’re at Corel prison
