First legendary weapon

Hi, gamers! I started my journey in crafting the Twilight. I am now just completing Central Tyria and I will be able to craft gift of mastery. I know I still have a long way to go because the other three are a pain to craft but I am planning to just buy Dusk from TP. I just want to ask some tips even though there are already many guides online but maybe some of you have better tips. And is the mystic clover worth crafting or should I just buy it from TP too because of the RNG? Thanks in advance!
