Jurassic world the game ban

Hello everyone,
I'm a bit upset because I was just banned from Jurassic World: The Game for good. I admit that I made a poor choice when I cheated once, but I was distracted and forgot to log in for a bit. I discovered that I had been permanently banned when I eventually attempted to play again.
Is it possible to get in touch with Ludia and possibly have this reversed? Has anyone ever been banned in this way and been able to get unbanned? Or has my account been deleted permanently?
I'd appreciate any advice! Thanks.
