what exactly is Restaurant Support/Utility? cleaner? got an interview tomorrow

"This position is responsible for general restaurant cleaning, sometimes assisting the dishwashers, and checking to make sure the restrooms are tidy and clean. Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Sanitizing high contact areas throughout the restaurant throughout the shift Continuously remove garbage and recyclables from the restaurant. Restocking all glassware, silverware and dishware accordingly. End of the shift cleaning including chair and table sanitation, high dusting as needed, and patio/outdoor dining cleaning if applicable."

so basically the janitor? is this a tipped or non tipped position because it kind of sounds like bus boy duties? or is it literally just a janitor with extra steps

im just gonna be cleaning all day and doing dishes? do i do any talking at all or any taking orders or is it basically a robotic position?
