Need help regarding warranty on my treadmill

I purchased a treadmill from Durafit in 2023 , Few months after purchase it started showing problems, called customer care they issued parts and the issue got resolved.

Few months ago its main motor and pcb failed. I contacted customer they said ur product is in warranty, we will send you the motor and pcb.

But its been 1 month since this talk and they are just passing time on me, i have literally called them 10 times till now , every time they say "team is working on it", "you will get tracking number today", etc etc.

I am literally tired of there bullsh.. So i want to know where can i complain and what can i do to get my issue resolved ??
