Nightflower has been hotfixed now right?

I never tried the glitch out only wanted the pollen for the trophy/acheivement. But both missions that are suggested to work (A Leviathans Temper and The Desert knows not the sea) simply just do not spawn the flower at all and are the completely wrong moon phase.
