Can't get R4 card to load games?

Hey guys, so i bought an R4 SDHC Gold Pro card for my daughters NDSi.

We have tried multiple types of Firmware from the original R4 card firmware from here: http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/downloade_r4-gold-pro.asp

That is working but it's not loading any of the games whatsoever.

Tried updating MoonShell to see if that works, but still the same issue. we've been actively trying to get this to work for almost 2 hours.

The games just won't load, i've checked and they're all .nds filetype, they were all downloaded from https://r-roms.github.io/ but none of them are showing up but its recognising Moonshell2.nds etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
