Sig Sauer SRD556Ti-QD Question

I won an auction for a Sig Sauer SRD556Ti-QD. An out of state SOT had done an auction for what was a Police Trade In Silencer. It doesn’t have the mount/muzzle brake.

I was wondering if anybody knew if these mounts/muzzle brakes are still being made, and sold?

I was wondering if this would be compatible? From what I understand there’s multiple versions of essentially the same Silencer.
