PA nanny’s what’s your rate?

Honestly any advice is helpful but PA nanny’s how much do you charge? Google says average rate for a nanny is $16hr but that doesn’t seem super fair given all that’s expected of us, my current rate is $18-$20hr an hour depending on what you need me for but I want to compare and see if I need to raise/ lower it.
