I've always assumed that if someone has any interest in you they'll pursue you in some way even if it's minor. Would you say that's true?

For example, say someone at work likes you. Do you think its a 99%+ chance they'll do at least one of these things?:

1. Say "hello" if they walk by you
2. Message you for things in general
3. Add you on Linkedin
4. Send even just one message to you

Like, they're not going to do absolutely nothing at all and ignore you. Right? I don't think people act that way around people they like.
