women kicking other women the second they open their mic

I am not entirely sure what the cultural difference is in phasmophia specifically but I have noticed 90% of the time I (or my female friend) join a lobby with another women and queue our mics to say hello we get kicked. Men never kick us or any of my other female friends, it's only women. We don't do annoying uwu voices or any shit like that so I truly don't understand but it's getting old and sad. I love women and they make up 90% of my friends - why are they the only people kicking me?
