No Reason to Play after Prize Pass Ticket 25

The Prize Pass is currently disincentivizing users to play the game if they have unlocked the 25th prize and don't have the Premium Pass. You can't unlock additional chests/ranked tickets and challenges don't reward anything as experience doesn't matter anymore.

This seems like a miss. I understand I can play for fun still but as a free to play player, losing an incentive to play for a week seems like bad design.
