[Flair Megathread] 2024 S1: Flair Purge, FAQ, Flair Change Request, Team Request,etc
Flair Purge [15-03-2024]:
To make space for 2024 teams, current selection list will get purged in 3 days.
- All premade flairs for Tier2 teams and non-existing Tier1 Teams will be removed
- New premade flairs will be added when respective league starts. ProLeague for T1, Major Qualifers for T2.
- Team emoji themselves will exist in subreddit pool for future use.
- Comments of this thread can be used to request flair change for multiflair users.
Pre-S1 Mass Flair Change Request:

- Request any kind of flair replacement in comments. Example: W7M -> Furia
- Any legacy flair available in Subreddit Flair pool can be used. Example: G2 Esports -> Flipside
Team Request / Org Logo Update:

Old Teams or Alternate logos, that are not available in the linked Flair pool above, can be requested in comments.
Official Org accounts and pros under the org, can also request logo updates, so fans can use the most up to date representation.
Requirements: Logo Image atleast the size of 128x128 pixels. Preferably PNG with transparency.
Do not pre-request confirmed teams like Father's Back, those will get added eventually.

- How do I choose a premade flair?

- Will purged teams be gone forever?
No. These are only premade flairs. You can request legacy flairs if they are available in the flair pool.
Example: Flipside flair not available in list anymore, but can still be requested
- I am a professional player/staff/broadcast talent/etc how do I get the exclusive 'Pro Flair' ?
Send us a request through subreddit modmail. We might need additional verification for some accounts to prevent fakers.

- Flair Limit and how does it work?
Every flair has a 64 character limit. Team Emojis have a hard limit of 10.
1 text number, sign, alphabet, etc counts as 1 character.
Team Emojis use Base Name+2 letters. Example: SSG flair would be 5 characters -> :SSG:
Most Legacy or T2 flairs have long names. Most active teams are shortened to 3-5 characters. Names can be checked here
- How do I get multi-flairs or flairs with text?
You can earn extra flairs by these methods:
- Winning flair rewards in prediction contests during major events, etc
- Someone else transfers the flair reward to you. Make some friends
- Helping the subreddit by being an active MatchThread team member
- Rare collective community vote for you to get a flair.
- Text flairs: Can be won through or transferred by Top2 in prediction contests.
or combining two existing multiflairs for one text flair. - Other methods that might pop up in the community here and then. Stay active
