[PS5] Just got the game, how do I change these controls?

I know nothing about the games mechanics besides it being a fighting game and that i love Bleach. I come from a Tekken, DOA, SC, GBF Versus and Melty Blood background in fighting games.

Joystick movement feels uber unintuitive. UP is to move towards opponent, DOWN is away, RIGHT is anti clockwise and LEFT is counter clockwise. What in the hell are these controls. Is there any way to change it so UP is actually UP and RIGHT moves towards your opponent.

Another thing is DPad movement. I thought I read a comment here that you can enable the DPad for movement but i can't see the option on the menu.

I also wanted to reassign Reiatsu Move 1 and 2 to be L2 + Square and L2 + Triangle but the game doesn't recognise that input when reassigning.
