How to add funds to GET mobile

I ran out of the funds i got from the commuter plan and i was told you can easily add money thru the app but so far every time i try to add money it just keeps telling me an error. I thought it was because I don’t have enough money on my checking account but I do, so idk what’s wrong and it’s been 2 days already. Any tips or something?
