Who's second, the stronger marshal: READ THE RULES

I started this over on r/sololeveling but started at 4 and apparently people were debating the 2nd and 3rd so bring it here I'm starting as close to 1 as I can.

RULES. 1.this is post cup of reincarnation 2. Only up until chapter 200 of the solo leveling series 3. A comment equals a vote not how many upvotes a comment has 4. Stay in the rank, for here that's marshal so you're chooses are igris and beru. 5. Not for here but when we get to one groups count as 1 spot that means the 3 dragons take one spot, the 28 giants take one, and groups anywhere in-between take one spot. 6. Not really a rule but I will try and post these on Monday Wednesday and Friday
