Full body vs Lower Upper

Currently I am doing Full body twice a week Monday and Thursday, I also sprints and do plyos on these days, But I was wondering if it would be better if I switched to a Lower upper split so I could focus more on my workouts. It would go like Mon-Lower Tue-Upper Wed-Rest Thu-Lower Fri-Upper Sat/Sun-Rest. Would this be better or should I just stick to my full body split? Or would It be beneficial if I did 3 Full body days a week with sprints and plyos on all three days?
