UWSA 3 or CMS forms

Hello beautiful people. I hope you all are doing well. I am taking the test in a week. I have only done about 6-7 CMS forms in total yet. I also have UWSA 3 remaining (in addition to NBME 15 and free 120s). Should I take UWSA 3 or do 4 CMS forms in it place, since I am short on time.

Any advice will be really appreciated. 🤗
