Best way to hold your stethoscope?

I have one of those cardiology stethoscopes because I’m a little hard of hearing and they have better acoustic ratings. Unfortunately though the bell/diaphragm portion is heavier so gravity pulls it right off my neck when i bend over. Not crazy about putting it in the front pocket of my scrubs either because it pokes me in my stomach and gets in the way of bending over. Side pocket of my pants works decently but for whatever reason most scrub pants seem to only have one side pocket and I’d prefer to save that prime real estate for stuff like flushes, syringes, etc. How do y’all carry your stethoscopes? And what’s the consensus on belt clips/holsters for your stethoscopes?
