Powerwalls stopped working after 4 months

I got a 9kw system and two powerwalls installed by Tesla this summer. About 3 weeks ago I noticed that the app said the powerwalls are not connected. I called Tesla and they said someone would look into it — in 3-4 weeks.

I was hoping the solar panels were working during the day but I checked my PG&E bills online (we are in northern California) and they are very high bc this is the coldest time of year and we have an electric Heat pump.

I have read other posts from folks who are fed up with the Tesla customer support if your system runs into a problem. I guess it’s my turn now. Sigh… this sucks.
