Theory on Seth.

So i just got done watching the ACTOR of Seth Ridley’s youtube video and was scrolling through the comments. A comment said that Seth is an actual undercover cop sussing out of the station and pushing them to their limits because of the corruption scandal. This theory would actually kinda make sense to me, how do you guys think about it?
