How to edit like this animation?

Can someone let me know how to create tailored explanation cartoon videos like the clips in Be Amazed YouTube videos? He uses a lot of AI but in between those clips there are some cartoon 2d animation explanation clips. I'm wondering how the character was created, is it a vector and then used Adobe animation? Is it AI? Some help please.
