To sell now or to sell later

So I lucked out when doing CS Hell for the first time this season and a trap lifeskiller (+38 life) GC dropped.

From what I can find on JSP, it's worth several HR's but i'm not sure anybody's willing to pay that this early in the season.

Don't intend to use it myself and pretty poor other than this, so should I try and sell now and probably sell cheap or wait out?
