What’s better for weight loss between yogourt and bread?
I’m trying to careful with what I eat with what I got at home with my toddler. It comes down to these two breakfast options:
1 - white bakery style bread with almond butter spread, banana and topped with chia seeds
OR
2 - vanilla/cinnamon Skyr yogurt with granola and fruits
I don’t know if sugar is worst than white bread. How can I find out? Should I compare side by side the nutritional information? How would I find out the answer ?
