What are the on the ground logistics of new tariffs on the Auto industry?

Today great leader Trump began his 2nd term trade wars by imposing 25% tariffs (tax) added to the price of all goods coming in from North and South of the border (plus updates to tariffs, both ways, involving China) with those same countries preparing retaliatory tariffs for goods shipped out of the US to their countries.

How do automakers and dealerships, of which every one will have some exposure to these price hikes, pass along these huge increases? Do all vehicles already on lots, already produced, and going forward get new Marooney stickers with updated MSRPs almost immediately? Do just vehicles coming off the assembly line going forward get new MSRPs creating a distinct price split in ALL new vehicles going forward? Does everyone wait a bit to see how things play out meanwhile losing money? Other ideas.....
