Will my erections improve from lifestyle changes?

Hello everyone, Here is what I am facing right now, I do get hard but it goes away within 10-15 seconds

I do get morning wood pretty frequently, My lifestyle is pretty bad tbh, I don’t work out I smoke a lot and consume a lot of junk everyday

I have made a decision to cut down on smoking, swap coke with fruit juices like watermelon and beetroot and start doing kegel exercises

I just wanna know if this has helped anyone ?
