What was one of the most traumatic experiences you had in fallout?

For me it was fisto. With me being the oblivious child I was at the time, I didn't understand or read into the context clues about the entire quest. So out of curiosity I selected the option to test out fisto, and when the screen when black and the controller vibrated, I felt so violated. Like I had to stop playing for a little bit just to process what happened and what I did to my character lmao.

Some honorable mentions are my first time seeing a centaur (in fallout 3), and of course the spore carriers in vault 22 which actually still jump scare me now because of how hard it is to see them, and the fact they are plant monsters shaped like a people, it really falls deep into the uncanny valley for me when combined with the atmosphere and everything.
