how salami

I've been doing JJ's for almost 4 years. I have my way. What's your personally tried and true method of slicing salami without losing your mind?

The only way I've been able to is using the weight handle and keeping a lot of pressure on the rounded end of the chub. My arm hurts. A different employee refuses to use the weight handle because they don't want one arm bigger than the other and I can't fathom how they get accurate salami weight.
