US Number in Pakistan

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good eSIM app to get a US number in Pakistan? I have been doing some research, and I believe Numero is a good option. Does anyone have any experience using it?

[Microsoft will discontinue Skype in May, and you cannot get an international number, so that option is out. And, I am not in the States, so I cannot set up Google Voice either.]
