My manager unreasonably cancels my shifts
A bit of a context, I am working part-time at a bubble tea shop.
I am scheduled to work around typically 10-15 hours a week. There are 2 things about the shifts that bugs me off. First, sales are low recently so they would re-schedule my shift just 3-hour notice or even ask me to leave early. Second, the manager is an excessive micro-manager and rude wherein if I make something wrong during my shift, she would cancel my next working shift.
I feel like she has no tolerance on employees' mistake and doesn't want to make room for improvement. From my side, I always try my best to avoid mistakes but sometimes it happened unintentionally!!!
What do you guys think I should do if my shifts get canceled so much and for no reasons? Now I'm only working 3-4 hours a week on a $16 wage.
They initially paid me $12 during training and $16 after that. They refused to pay cheque because they want to evade taxs and reduce costs of doing payrolls.
