Do you drink alcohol?
Even though it's so many calories?
I used to be a weekend drinker but I've found it almost impossible to not go over my kcal budget. Both from the alcohol but then the drunken snacks and the hangover food the next day.
Just a single bottle of wine can be over 700kcal, which is already enough to put me at maintenance rather than a deficit. Add a couple shots of vodka and a couple beers and I'm already at a 1000 kcal surplus.
Do you work alcohol into your diet? Do you eat less overall during the week to account for the weekend binge? Or do you eat almost nothing on the weekend to not go over your budget after drinking?
