snacking
these past few days/week ive been binging ALOT in snacks and i mean alot. my meals are normal and healthy and arent too much or too little either to make me have that end of the night binge from not eating enough in the day. its literally just bc i cant control myself or im bored or its just mindless so ive been doing cardio to try to burn it off which just honestly makes it worse lol. i can visibly see a difference in my body and on the scale too but im just praying its just bloat. my question is does anyone have any tips on how to stop mindlessly snacking? like is there any specific food i should eat in the morning, ways to distract myself, etc. and how can i make this bloat go away asap lol honestly just need reassurance and help to get through this cuz it’s stressing me out
